More Tension on the India-China Border

The NYT highlights the rising border tensions between India and China in an ethnic Tibetan area.  Well written and clear.  Keep an eye on this:

While the Indian military is one of the country's best run institutions--and would wrap up a conventional war with Pakistan in short order, I doubt that it would enjoy similar success in a conflict with China.
