Two Cheers for Law Reviews

The place of law reviews as the primary venue for legal academic publishing has become a perennial topic for discussion. You can read a few of my thoughts over at The Faculty Lounge blog here.

For the record, I really do appreciate the law reviews and their student editors. I've never had a bad experience and on several occasions they've greatly improved my work.
