I think my first post about what was then Detroit's impending bankruptcy was back in January. As most folks probably know, Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes found that Detroit was eligible to be a debtor under Chapter 9 on Tuesday.
And, as predicted, Detroit's union have already filed an appeal.
One can only hope that some behind-the-scenes negotiations have begun and that the appeal is window dressing to placate union members.
