One might despair if anything new could be written about the Supreme Court's Obergefell decision. While I don't claim to have read more than a smidgen of what's available, go here to examine an observation new to me.
While foolish consistency may be the hobgoblin of small minds, it should occupy a substantial place in the minds of our elected officials. In yet other words, if Kim Davis was wrong to disregard Obergefell, as so many assert, why was Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring right to ignore Baker v. Nelson?
