Hillary in India

After getting stiffed on mandatory emission controls, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton got two agreements to show for her extended trip to India:

As a sign of America's continuing "tilt toward India," Indian PM Manmohan Singh will be coming to Washington in November for a state visit (a big deal). Don't look for a similar invite to Yousaf Raza Gillani any time in the near future.
