A panel of four past-presidents of the American Bankruptcy Institute moderated by William Rochelle, editor-at-large of Bloomberg News, spoke at today's noon luncheon of the ABI Annual Conference. Apparently a lot of folks (as in everyone on the platform) thinks I'm wrong about credit bidding. It was nice, however, to hear their grudging respect for the "Professors' Brief." It was particularly satisfying that none of them addressed its substance; they simply don't like what they think will be the result if the Court goes along with our (read "the correct") argument. Time will tell.
