"The Right to Be Fat"

Check out Yofi Tirosh's article "The Right To Be Fat" (abstract here). I would summarize it but I gotta eat a snack. Seriously, it's not any more likely that America will win "the war against obesity" than it has the war on drugs. However, so long as virtually all levels of government subsidize health care, we can expect the conflict to continue.
