No, not on dischargeability of student loans in bankruptcy (check here). Rather, there seems to be a convergence between President Obama and Senator Marco Rubio on the need to "out" educational institution whose federally-subsidized student loan payers of tuition aren't getting jobs. Here's a link to an article of a week ago about the similarities of views of the President and his potential successor. There's a much more complete picture in the February 21 edition of The Wall Street Journal by David Wessel but it's behind a paywall.
From my perspective (here), if we're going to subsidize higher education, let's at least make those who benefit from student loans inform the borrower's of the value of their nondischargeable debts.
