It's not often that I post only to send my readers to someone's else's blog but today is an exception. Go here to read some serious smack from Joe Carter at the Acton Institute. I have made the point that the direct student loan program and its private student loan evil cousin subsidize bad choices. But Carter's post makes my point with far greater panache.
