Much of what enables me to do my job is handled behind the scenes by Regent University's December "Employee of the Month" Anca Potoan. If you watch her award presentation video, you might observe that Anca was truly surprised but in a fundamental sense she shouldn't have been.
The overall quality of her work, her extraordinary attention to detail, her mastery of the mysteries of Blackboard software, and her kind spirit make Anca a delight to faculty, other staff, and students. I was visiting at another law school when Anca was hired so I can't even take any credit for her hiring but I am very thankful for all she does.
